Plant rooms

A plant room is a dedicated space in a building to house all necessary components for gas, electricity, oil etc.  Essentially a housing for cold water booster pumps, heating pumps and shunt pumps. 

In a commercial application the design of this is key to ensure all the plant runs correctly and efficiently with each other to ensure your entire building gets sufficient heating, hot and cold water at all times. 

It’s important that the room is laid out efficiently to provide access and sufficient space for the equipment to work at its capacity.
